Generally yes. Most vans come with a warranty included as standard. The specific type and terms are agreed at the point of sale, and we always make sure you know exactly what you're getting before you commit.
There are no hidden surprises. Whether the warranty is back to base, supplied through an external provider, or parts only, this will be explained clearly and confirmed in writing.
What Types Of Warranty Do We Offer?
We offer 3 levels of warranty cover:
Back to base warranty
Parts and labour are covered at our premises.
External provider warranty
A national warranty supplied through a third party provider. Repairs can often be authorised at a local garage.
Parts only warranty
We supply approved parts at our cost. Labour and diagnostics remain the customer's responsibility.
What Does Our Warranty Cover?
Warranty cover is designed to give peace of mind on key mechanical and electrical components, subject to the terms agreed at point of sale. Full warranty details are provided before purchase, and we are happy to answer any questions before you buy.
Does Negotiating A Discount Affect Warranty?
It can. Where a price reduction is agreed, the warranty terms may be adjusted. For example, an excess per claim may apply, or cover may change from a national warranty to a back to base warranty.
We will always confirm the agreed warranty terms in writing before you commit.
