COVID-19 Policy

our measures

we use and provide hand sanitiser & masks in our reception to be sensible and limit the transmission risk of the virus. our cars are sanitised on prior to handover to limit the risk of transmission. we also respect the 2 metre social distance rule.

our business

our footfall is very low, which reduces the risk of transmission. we do not book overlapping appointments, and we suggest calling first before travelling down to avoid this delaying your viewing.

our approach

we recommend booking a viewing to reduce transmission risks. If you arrive without a booking that is fine, however, there may be a delay in the viewing to protect others. we ask anyone who doesn’t feel well NOT to visit.  We will do the same.
